HOMEMADE PROPS & CRAFTS

Many of the props here were used in STEVER videos from IDIOT SAVANT, the story of Ian - a nine-year-old nonverbal savant. This recording is a short version of the book KING JUGGERNAUT - NYC.

This was an old keyboard from a swapmeet in LA. The legs were some stair spindles a friend dropped off and the top was made from leftover plywood. It sounds a bit like a child's toy.

This was an old cello past its due date. A prop skeleton was dismantled and the pieces were affixed to form the Skello!

Plywood, chain, chicken wire, legs from a warehouse and the keys from a free piano. The horse on top was from a children's nightstand and repainted.

Their heads were shaped with clay, cooked in the oven and then painted. The hair came from other dolls and the clothes were hand-sewn from old material.
