It was through her 'Mama Bear protecting the cub' reaction that she was able to put an end to the bullying that her daughter had endured. She set the mentors and teachers on the right path and in turn, her daughter now has the freedom to learn in a safe environment. Isn't it interesting that in order to learn, all she required was to be safe, not separated?
The weird part of that is it wasn't done in cruelty, it was just society's way of grouping them. Obviously, this is terrible.
I love that this era of mama bears are taking the 'educate society' approach instead of constantly sticking their kids in the spotlight.
Guess what? There are different people out there. They don't look like you, they don't talk like you, they don't act like you and they don't think like you.
I don't mean that as a blanket statement. We cannot accept or tolerate what is obviously wrong. Given the chance, each of us has something really unique to offer.
This is why everybody has a separate set of fingerprints.
Let yours shine!
